This Privacy Policy describes how CREAcon, organized by The Social Rooster, LLC and Faro Media Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, discloses, and transfers your Personal Information (as defined below) through your use of our websites, mobile apps, or events (“Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all Services where it is linked or referenced, including on our event websites. By accessing and using our Services or attending events, you acknowledge you have read and understood our privacy practices as described in this Privacy Policy.

Pixel tags and embedded script (aka clear GIFs and web beacons). Pixel tags are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. We may use these, in connection with our Website to, among other things, track the activities of the users of our Services, improve ads, personalize and manage content, and gather usage information about our Website.
